InclusiveMind is an AI-powered Diversity, Inclusion & Soft-Skills companion designed to embed real-time, privacy-first inclusion coaching directly into employees' everyday digital communications - no compliance dashboards, no surveillance.

The Vision

To empower individuals to foster more inclusive, culturally aware workplaces by delivering real-time, personalised insights that quantify inclusion in communication and enhance empathy, tone, and bias awareness.

Problem Discovery

Existing DEI solutions focus on compliance dashboards and top-down mandates. They measure organizational metrics but fail to help individual employees improve their day-to-day communication. Through primary research with 200 HR respondents across 50+ enterprises and extensive literature review, we validated that the gap is at the individual interaction level.

Product Design

Built a hybrid AI scoring engine combining keyword analysis with LLM inference across 12 inclusion factors. The D&I Culture Index (0–5 scale) provides calibrated, explainable scores with an LLM Copilot for personalized coaching integrated directly into Teams and Outlook.
